Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy Interventions

This workshop equips therapists with playful, evidence-based tools to help children struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, and ADHD. Through interactive demonstrations and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to adapt cognitive behavioral techniques into engaging play-based interventions.

Attachment Centered Play Therapy

This workshop equips mental health professionals with play therapy strategies to use with caregivers or even teachers to engage in nurturing play while maintaining structure for the child. By involving caregivers in the therapeutic process, this approach fosters secure attachments, helping children (especially those with trauma experiences or trouble connecting with others) feel safe, valued, and emotionally regulated while restoring joy and playfulness to their lives.
